This is by far the best cross stitch game available in every other way, make these few relatively small changes and it will be perfect. Something I neither want to do nor can afford.
As it is I love the looks of the available packs but do not have a hope in hell of ever being able to buy them, unless I use my own money to buy coins within the game. If packs have to be so expensive then far more money needs to be earned per pattern and pack. One, the prices of the packs are way too expensive for the small amount of coins earned by completing patterns and packs, the latter here being the second flaw. I would like to see more free patterns and perhaps an increase in cash when you complete a pattern (i.e, when you level up so does your cash reward) so that for those who can’t afford to top up their cash they can still play the game for free.Īs with other reviews this game has two major flaws. Though if I have to pay for a game I do much prefer to top up as and when I feel like it.
This app, not so! You can press and hold and it will automatically take you to a letter/number and the best part is it’s in landscape mode! Also, you don’t have annoying pop up adds and there is no subscription fee which doesn’t make you feel like you have to continuously play to get your money’s worth! The only gripe is that as others have said, you don’t get enough cash to completely play this game for free. If you’re anything like me and work on one letter/number at a time it would become tedious searching for them. I used to do a lot of cross stitch when I was younger but what with having a disability and arthritis on top of that, I’ve had to give it up and I find this a great alternative! I used to enjoy another app but I found it too annoying what with the adds and the fact that you could not switch to landscape, along with the fact that you had to continuously swipe to find the letter or number you were currently working on. So this has become my favourite cross stitch app.
